In 2006 I shipped with Angels Moving Autos and had no problems but when I reached out to them for the shipment of my car this time, it took several days to get an answer to my first voicemail and email and when I responded back with another question, I never received a response. I then decided that I should look at another company. I checked with a couple different companies but quickly knew that AmeriFreight was the company I wanted to go with. They were not the cheapest quote, but David took the time to explain the entire process of how a car is shipped. This made the process very fluid and helped me to be very patient and understanding with the process. Even though I had previously shipped a car, I had no clue how it worked (listing the car on an MLS, having a carrier accept the bid, etc.) AmeriFreight was always very quick to return calls and were very pleasant to deal with. The car was available on Sept 3rd and was picked up on Sept 13th. It was delivered on Sept 15th. The pick-up and delivery were very smooth (via FastTrack Auto Transporters). The delivery was not door-to-door but we understand that getting a semi into some neighborhoods is not always possible. We appreciated the expectations being presented up front. We will use AmeriFreight again!
