I shipped a Mazda Protege from Knoxville, TN to Seattle, WA (2600 miles!) using AmeriFreight. I spoke with David (did not get his last name) at AmeriFrieght, and he was extremely polite, patient, and knowledgeable. I was very impressed by my experience customer experience with AmeriFreight, they left me feeling confident in my choice to ship my car a very long distance with them. AmeriFreight contracted my shipment to Mobile Transporation, Inc., and Mobile was actually able to pick up my car 3 days early, which was convenient for me. Overall, my experience with Mobile Transporation, Inc. was very positive, the truck drivers were good about calling me to give me updates on where they were located, and they were able to get their trucks within walking distance to the pickup and delivery locations. It took a total of 3 weeks for my car to get delivered, which is about a week longer than I was quoted for, but I am not upset because I really was not in a hurry to get my car. I am just glad that my car arrived in the same condition that it left in. Overall my experience with AmeriFreight has been very positive, and I would use them again and recommend to anybody needing to ship a car long distances. Thank you!
