This was first time I was transporting my car and after reading lot of reviews on this website I was skeptical about who to chose. I chose AmeriFrieght because they quoted reasonable price , promised reasonable time when I talked to them. But quite frankly the main reason I chose them was this guy David whom I was taking to all the time before delivery. And from the very start he was always honest in answers and reasonable about all the concerns I had. He also explained how the whole system works and explained what to expect. I had also bought the additional insurance. I know that in most of the cases this is not really required but then by definition insurance is for such cases only :) and price of my car was way higher than additional $68. The only complaint I had about these people is pick was quite delayed. It took almost 8 days from the date of available though there was on long weekend in this time so not sure how much that affects it. But I was not impressed about that part but once picked up everything was smooth.
