Amerifreight excellent service

I was really impressed with the service that I received from Amerifrieght. I was informed from Susan my initial contact person, that it might be hard to get a carrier from California to go to Montana. My original contact person was very helpful and knowledgable. She explained exactly what I needed to get the process started. When it proved to be a little more difficult to secure a carrier the supervisor Amy then took over. They even used some of there finders fee as incentive to carriers to pick up my vehicle She monitored the account daily until a carrier was secured. Amy kept me informed of the status of finding a driver. Amerifrieght did not take my money until they new that I was taken care of and my driver carrier had been securd. They even used some of there finders fee as incentive to carriers to pick up my vehicle. When a carrier was secured, I was then given the carrier's information and able to talk with the carrier directly. We then were able to make arrangements for a meeting spot and time. I was very impressed with the driver. He took really good care of the car he transported for me. When he had picked up the car from the dealership, he was extremely thorough with the notes on any scratches and overall condition of the vehicle. The service was great and my driver was very prompt. I would definately use Amerifreight again.
