The first carrier assigned havn't picked up my vehicle, saying that the place is not accessible by a truck. Jonathan was nice in assigning a new carrier immediately and the vehicle was picked up on time by the second carrier. The whole process delayed my car pickup and delivery, but it is the first truck guy who messed up the things and the second truck person was pretty good and to my astonishment I received my vehicle very clean. I will use Amerifreight again as my overall experience was pretty nice compared to other companies I used in previous times
