I had no problems with the Transport company. While they said it was to be door to door service, the truck couldn't go down residential streets so I met driver at back of Supermarket parking lot in pouring rain. Driver took lots of pictures of car prior to departure, I signed forms and car on way to California. At other end we requested car be delivered to BMW dealer there for thorough check by them. The Transport company complied with request and car arrived safely without problems.
