It was the first time I wanted to transport my car literally across the country. Did lots of research for weeks to get a reliable transportation company/agency. After looking at transportreviews.com, I decided to move my car with Amerifreight. The lady in customer service was so nice and helpful before and during the process.
I booked for door-to-door delivery. since, the truck couldn't fit in the narrow roads in my neighborhood, the driver asked me to drop my car in a nearby gas station. The truck guy was helpful and he dropped me back at home in my car after an hour of friendly chat regarding all the questions I had before I could give away my lovely car to him.
They gave us a timeframe of min. 6 days but I got a call from him in just four days! That was really amazing as I decided in my mind that I wouldn't see my car for at least 2 weeks.
The driver dropped the car exactly at my door at the destination. I believe it has been a wonderful experience with Amerifreight.
