We are disappointed that the customer was not satisfied with our services. The customer placed the order at the Economy rate, which is a standby rate offering estimated delivery times. (Only our First Class rate offers guaranteed delivery times.) Our staff worked with the customer and the driver towards resolving the issue. When shipping a vehicle, please be sure to note any time constraints you are working with. Our Shipping Agents will be able to recommend the best rate for your situation. We are very sorry the driver was rude. Every carrier that does not offer excellent service does go through a review process and is reconsidered for Preferred Carrier status. AmeriFreight did offer compensation out of goodwill due to the experience the customer had. This order was handled by our Shipping Agent- Aaron, direct line- 678-552-4079.
