I am first time user of auto shipment. I got a feeling of this is a busy market place when I received numerous quotes in emails during my planning phase and first test drive online. After I did some research. I settled with AmriFreight because of the consumer positive reviews. They don't hard sell but are helpful. Staff is overall responsive and prompt in getting back to your email and calls. Carriers are competitive in picking up orders. One carrier was going to pick up my son's GTI from S.San Francisco in a few hours, eventually came the following morning because we were not ready. First carrier didn't work out even he came to the house in an attempt to load the car. The driver was honest and said the GTI has little floor clearance and he didn't want to risk causing any damage to it. Then we decided to take some action adn the car was raised to have floor clearance 4" front and 9" back. Second carrier picked up my car about 2 days later and successfully delivered my car in Massachusetts last evening. Dirty but no damage. I am thankful to David Mosby, Red @ AmeriFreigt and Mich @ the Spectrum Shipping Inc.
