My car was originally supposed to be picked up July 12/13 but the driver was injured. We were notified the afternoon of the 12th. Amerifreight was trying to find another courier for us the same day, but would not tell us whether or not it would actually happen. At this point we had to have someone else wait for pickup, which was an issue for them to wait without knowing whether or not a courier was coming.

Trying to get in touch with our contacts at Amerifreight was a little frustrating due to the fact we were leaving FL and needed to make sure things were in order before we went. Many times we would have to leave messages or try calling several times to speak with someone. If we weren't rushing to get things ready to leave it wouldn't have been as much of an issue. Everyone was very helpful when we did speak with them.

I paid for regular shipping and added the extra insurance option. I have written this review before I have received my car.
