I was nervous, and had already spoken with a couple of transport companies who would not give contract terms upfront (and upon review of those terms, would not stand behind their verbal representations). I was on the other side of the country, trying to ship my car from my West Coast home to my present location on the East Coast. AmeriFreight was upfront, helpful, responsive (even "after hours"). Their carrier showed up on time, and met with MY agent on the pick-up end. The carrier stayed in contact during transit, and gave me 2 days advance notice that he would be delivering TWO DAYS EARLIER than we had originally planned. He was great about arranging a mutually convenient site to complete delivery. Car arrived in great condition, and it was a painless, worry-free transaction. I will definitely use AmeriFreight again when I have to ship my second car out here.
