Customer service was excellent. My representative always returned my calls when they said they would and they were alway courteous and willing to problem solve. The only thing that keeps my rating from being the very best is that AmeriFreight appeared not to be familiar enough with my shipping route to give me an accurate estimate up front. In other words, they could not find a driver to take my car at the originally quoted rate. AmeriFreight upped the money to the driver by $50 at their expense, but still nothing. In the end, I ended up paying $280 extra to the driver in order to have my car shipped. To get the highest rating from me, AmeriFreight needs to show me they are knowledgeable enough about my shipping route to give me a more accurate estimate the first time I call.
