I would have to say that I am satisfied with the service level from AmeriFreight. When I was in contact with them, the information was satisfactory. However, the lines of communication between the transport company and AmeriFreight- and, subsequently to me- could have been better. This was a weekend pickup, and the availability to contact anyone from AmeriFreight was limited. All in all, the service was good, but could be better. I would also advise them to review the service from the carrier they contracted with as they were challenging in the communication arena. Bottom line: would I use them again? Probably.
