I first called AmeriFreight and spoke with Aaron. having not shipped a vehicle before, I had lots of questions. Aaron was very reassuring. He answered all my questions. I would email or call and he returned the communication within a reasonable amount of time. Being a broker, I was concerned about the carrier. Aaron explained about the carrires they contract with and the high rating they must possess. AmeriFreight was everything they said they were.
