Very professional, prompt service. All information was provided in writing through email. Order process was quick and easy. I was charged an additional $50 that the carrier requested, but I was asked first before my order was dispatched. The car was picked up within 1 day, and delivered 4 days early.
My only complaints are, the carrier (Pioneer) could not drive into Providence, RI, due to road size, and I feel any auto transport broker should have know this, and informed me. I had to scramble to find someone to drive the car 45 minutes out of town to meet the carrier at the last moment (who was 3 hours late!). I was not able to reach my Amerifreight agent when I had questions that morning, and my call was not returned until the next day.
However, the service was reliable and professional, so all in all a good experience.
