I appreciated the three people that I worked with on this important auto transaction. They were friendly, courteous, humorous and informative. I felt they understood my needs and provided me with several choices. As a teacher, I wondered if they had to have special training to be great customer service employees. It is very rare to experience such nice business people in this abrupt and rude consumer world these days. I felt very comfortable talking to them as though we grew up in the same home town.
