Initially, I was working with Aaron. He was friendly and knowledgeable. However, when it came time to ship the vehicle and get the order processed - I was not able to get a hold of him. Left 2 messages over 3 days. Finally, spoke with Suzette, who was friendly and connected me to dispatch. Red at dispatch promptly resolved the shipping issue and I had the car shipped for an extra $50 within the next hour.
Once I got a hold of the right person ... the process was very simple and smooth.
