Excellent customer service! Each person we talked with was very patient to explain the shipping details to us, as we were first time customers. They were never pushy to make the "sale", but instead very informative. Aaron was suppose to be off when we decided to finally place our order, but stayed after to assist us. An hour later we were called by the dispatcher...We definitely were not expecting things to go this fast!!! They also work fast to email all the necessary paperwork. Every time we left messages our calls were returned in a timely matter and they called numerous times. If they did not know the answers to our questions, they contacted their supervisor to find out and immediately contacted us back. With as many questions as we asked, they stayed professional the entire time. This was our first time shipping a vehicle and we figured this process would be very stressful and time consuming. Instead Amerifreight made the process very smooth and stress free. We needed the vehicle to be delivered on a Sunday, the only day we have off, this was not a problem as we would have thought and they put a note on our order. The company they set us up with agreed they could do it Friday and in fact would sit around and wait for either me or my husband to come home. The company informed us that their drivers work around our schedule and try to deliver as soon as possible. Not only does Amerifreight have great customer service, but they also contract with carriers who have great customer service as well. Their carriers have stayed in constant contact with us to let us know the whereabouts of our vehicle. Highly recommended.
