We are sincerely sorry that the customer had a poor experience with AmeriFreight. This customer was extremely patient and helpful through this process and is correct...AmeriFreight made a mistake with the paperwork which caused delivery complications. We are glad to hear the customer finally received the vehicle. We are working with the customer to assist with compensation.
