This was my first experiencehaving a carrier transport my autos. The company explained the process well and gave me an understanding of what to expect. I had specified getting the lowest cost to transport which resulted in some delay to induce a carrier to accept. As time went on, the company accepted less money and offered the carriers more to make a deal. The cars were being delivered from Pa. to Caif. to my daughters who had already arrived. Without thier own cars, they were forced to rent. The company seemed sympathic to this and tried to expedite a deal with a carrier.
