When i communicated with the customer service either through email or phone call, the response was prompt. Initially, I was a bit concerned about the pick time window, which is average 5 days after the vehicle is available. The sales did a good job explaining how it works, and made sure they'll try to find the driver immediately after the order was placed. As it turned out, the driver came pick up the car one day after my specificed date, and delivered the car three days later. When it arrived, the car was a bit dusty, but in the same condition as it was picked up. Overall, I'm happy with the service, and would probably use it again in the future.
