I had a good experience overall with Amerifreight. They had some difficulty finding a carrier to pickup the car due to the fact it was not running. It went two weeks with no takers. Was able to have someone get the car running and Amerifreight found a carrier within two days. Customer service was a pleasure to work with when able to reach. Very nice folks. Some times however not very responsive to my emails and took quite a while to return calls. No more than a day however. Only was able to reach my salesperson once directly without voice mail.All that being said would definitely use them again. Amerifeight also put up additional cash to try to get a carrier. Really appreciated that.
