I had excellent experience from getting general shipping info, to quoting, pickup and delivery. The only confusion happened on the day I was notified of the pickup. They needed one item from me to clear up before finallizing. My agent was on vacation and I was left a message. I had difficulty getting a person to solve the problem as they have no live operator. Once I did get someone it was handled imediately and well. They get less than Excellent only because of their bad phone tree and confusion it caused.
