We are disappointed that this customer was not pleased with our service. The customer placed the order in at the Economy rate, which our Shipping Agents will tell you and it is noted on the Order Forms, does not have a guaranteed pickup time frame. Economy is a standby rate. It is designed for customers who do not have any time restrictions and just want the vehicle moved at the lowest rate possible. We do have upgraded rates that offer guaranteed pickup windows. The customer also was shipping during snowbird season. During this time of the year, hundred of vehicles are leaving FL headed north. When this happens, the shipment of a vehicle can be delayed more than the average time frame. We sincerely apologize for the frustration this customer experienced.
