The customer is correct; 2 months is not the norm. Some routes at particular times can be tough to secure a carrier. As mentioned in our quote terms, if a vehicle is not picked up the customer has the option to add money, wait, or cancel. This customer was very patient and willing to add money to help us secure a carrier. Our goal is for every customer to have excellent service from our office staff as well as the carriers we choose.
