I love Amerifrieght. This is was my second time using this company. The first time I shipped from Nevada to South Carolina. The pick-up was on time and the delivery was earlier than promised. I was very satisfied with my first experience. The second time I shipped from Nevada to Tennessee. There was a bit of difficulty getting a driver with the original price quote so I upgraded because of a time crunch. Pick- up and delivery was on time. The price was very reasonable. My vehicle was delivered in the same condition it was picked up in… aside from some specks of dirt from over the road. Delivery was made directly to my door. The driver displayed great manners. I was able to call the driver throughout the transport process to get an update of the status of delivery. I really love the fact that I was able to contact him and get that information without him feeling bothered or aggravated by the fact. He was very kind and kept me updated. The staff at Amerifrieght is very friendly and offered great customer service also. My phone calls were answered or all messages returned. I would recommend this company to friends and family. I will use again if needed.
