I really got a reasonable estimate from Amerifreight. I was just somewhat disappointed that my rep did not really keep me informed during the process and I was the one continuously calling several days later to find out if my deposit/paperwork had been received and the name of the carrier picking up my car. I appeared to get rapid action after I made contact rather than the rep being more proactive in either e-mailijng or calling me.
