We are disappointed to know that our customer was not fully satisfied with their shipment. We are a broker and out team works to secure a fully insured, licensed, top rated carrier to ship our customers' vehicles. We give each customer the direct number to the carrier to help make the shipment as smooth as possible; however, we are still available throughout the entire shipping process to assist with any issues and questions a customer may have. Every carrier that does not offer excellent service will be reviewed and reconsidered for preferred carrier status.
