Excellent Service - Would Use Again

I had an excellent experience with AmeriFreight and would definitely use this company again; I have already recommended their services to friends who are considering using a transport service.

I found AmeriFreight while comparing several different transport services. AmeriFreight originally quoted my shipping cost at $785, while other services were quoting upwards of $1000. After receiving my quote, I immediately contacted AmeriFreight by phone to further discuss the quote with Raechel, the shipping agent assigned to me.

While I did not immediately reach Raechel by phone, she was very prompt in returning my voicemail and assisted me through the entire process. Raechel was incredibly helpful and was even able to get me a senior citizens' discount by using my AARP card. I made all of my shipping arrangements on the phone with Raechel (AmeriFreight does offer a simple online form for this; I simply preferred to do this over the phone).

All of my documents were emailed to me immediately and shipping arrangements were finalized. When the original scheduled carrier fell through, AmeriFreight was quick to contact me and apologize for the delay. They quickly scheduled a new carrier, and my vehicle arrived on-time and without any damage.

This was my first time using a transport service and I had an excellent experience using AmeriFreight. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to transport a car.
