AmeriFreight provided excellent service for my move from MD to CA, despite occurring during the hectic holiday season. Even before I decided to select AmeriFrieght as my shipping company, Jonathon was very helpful in explaining the moving process to this first time mover. He was very honest regarding price and expectations of service. Once I selected AmeriFrieght, I received a call within 36 hours saying that they had found a carrier for my car. I was impressed with the company's prompt decision making. My car arrived in CA 4 days prior to the expected date which was exciting, however I was out of town at the time and asked if the car could be held over the weekend until I returned to my hometown. An AmeriFreight representative assurred me that they would hold onto the car and that I would not incur additional charges. This was very reassuring to me. The car was handled very well - no evidence of any damage - although it did arrive dirty. Guess that's just part of moving with an open carrier. I would certainly recommend AmeriFreight for any car shipping needs.
