Amerifrieght had great customer service and would return your calls and keep you updated, the problem came in with the tranporter All-Pro. My vehicle was picked up four days after they stated they would be there. I would call and get a different answer each time on when my vehicle was going to be picked up. I would then get them on the phone to try to narrow things down and they would actually tell me they were in one town and they would actually be in another. The service was poor and sloppy at best. I was suppose to have my car delivered on one day and of course they didnt call nor did they show up. After I called and left a message then they called me back to say that they would deliver on the next day, this being a day late. I get a call at 10:00 that night that they would deliver my vehicle at 1:00 am - I of course got up at 1:00 am to get the vehicle so I would never have to deal with them again. I have shipped a vehicle before so I kmow what good service is, this was beyond POOR service. If Amerifrieght wants to keep a good rating - Never use All Pro again, they were absolutely horrible. Did I mention that neither All-Pro or Amerifrieght offered me a discount or any refund of any money? Did I mention they guy from All - Pro tried to charge me more money than I owed him? Horrible is the best word I can use for them.
