Jonathan was able to lock in for me a rate that guarateed a pickup within a specified 48 hour window - which is exactly what I needed. The paperwork was emailed to me by the time I finished placing the order over the phone, and within 30 minutes, a carrier picked up my order and I was confirmed.
Regarding the carriers: The pick up driver kept in touch with me throughout the day, letting me know where he was and if there were any changes to his ETA. The drop off driver was awesomely flexible in delivering the car to me a day after it was due to arrive since I couldn't get away from work the day of delivery.
Everyone was helpful, communicative, and delivered the service I was expecting. I would definitely use AmeriFreight again!
