This customer chose the Economy rate, which does not offer a guaranteed pickup or delivery timeframe. Most customers who ship at the Economy rate are picked up within 3-5 days; however, it can take longer. It is designed for those who are not working with any time constraints and want to save some money. As stated by our Shipping Agents and on our website, if for any reason a vehicle at the Economy rate is not picked up within 5 days, AmeriFreight adds $50 to help provide incentive to get it moved. The customer must be prepared to add money to the driver's pay as well or to continue to wait. We are glad to hear the customer was pleased with the carrier. Yes, AmeriFreight is a broker. We work to screen carriers in order to be sure they are fully insured, licensed.We choose only top rated carriers that offer excellent service.
As for reviews, we do not pay for reviews. Customers can leave a review with any rating they choose. We only ask that our office be notified of the reason for less than excellent review. As with any rebate, if the instructions are not followed, the rebate is forfeited. Should a customer, such as this customer, notify our office before posting the review, we will make note that the customer qualifies for the rebate, despite the rating of review they leave. We want an opportunity to talk with every customer that was not satisfied, so that we can better improve our services.
