We do apologize for any misunderstandings. Our Shipping Agents explain each shipping rate option to every customer. The customer chose the Economy rate, which is an estimated 5 business day pickup window. Sometimes it can take longer. With the Economy rate, it is a lower rate, which therefore puts the customer on the carrier's time table. Should a customer need a guaranteed pickup window, we offer Priority & Select rates. The higher rate ensures the carrier to work with the customer's schedule. We are very glad to hear that the customer was happy with the carrier we used. Our goal is to use carriers that will only offer excellent service.
