I had contracted with another carrier prior to AmeriFreight and had been let down badly so I was a little dubious of all transport companies. AmmeriFreight removed all those concerns immediately. They are a very professional company that exceeded my expectations in all regards. The price was very competitive but it was the customer service that mad the difference. At all points through the transaction I was kept informed of the status of my order. Any and all conversations and agreements were always confirmed via e-mail and everything was explained to me in a non-complex way. This was very reassuring as it was the first time I have shipped a vehicle. They are on a list of recommended transport operators and for good reason. I would recommend them highly.
