at first i was nervous on trusting any company with my car, i called a few before i made my mind up, but when i spoke to Rachel on the phone she gave me the security that i needed. She answered all my questions, even after we hung up a few more questions came to my head and i would call her right away and i was not put on hold , customer service was great. I relocated from Los Angeles, CA to Pataskala, OH, we had set up 10/15/09 to be my pick up date, and to my luck the driver was early by 2 days, i was notify of all this by Amerifright and the truck driver, it was very convinient for me too because i wanted my car to be in Ohio before i arrived. It was amazing how the driver took only 4 days to deliver my truck in perfect conditions. Rachel told me that delivery days were from 7-9 days to Pataskala, i was amazed when the driver called me 2 hours before uppon delivery to say "I'll deliver your truck in 2 hours be sure your husband is there for drop off". I was more then satisfied to use Amerifright, the pice was excellent for having an SUV, there where no hidden fees or surpring fees any where, i also loaded a box in my truck and everything was there, nothing was damaged or stolen. My husband and I would greatly recommend Amerifright to any one and if i needed to use their services again i would. They took great care of me from beginning to the end.
