Our goal is for our office and our carriers to offer excellent service. We apologize to the customer for the lack of communication. We always follow up with our carriers post delivery to discuss any issues. Any time a carrier fails to offer excellent service, they are sent through review to reconsider as a Preferred Carrier. Our staff is available between 8am and 8pm EST to assist customers with any questions/concerns they may have.
