Rachel, my sales person, (order number 910004860-BD) was very helpful, patient and reasurring during the set up process. I was worried about shipping the car to my sons in Florida because it is a rare (to us) 2005 Toyota Supra. The men in my family look at this car like a precious baby. The car is low in the front and we were concerned it could get damaged during the loading process.

Even though the rate was a little higher then first quoted, Rachel offered to split the difference in cost. She said the company, Rapid Recovery and Transport, had put in the bid for our car and reviewed with me their excellent rating and history.

She was right! The transport people were EXCELLENT!! They were professional and pleasant to work with - both on the phone and in person.They called me shortly before the pick up of the car in Illinois. The driver, Dave, was familiar with sports cars like the Toyota and took his time loading
the car so the front would not get damagad. He explained to us the order of the drop offs he would do on the way, and when my sons in Florida could expect the car. Dave called my sons when he was several hours away to give them an apprximate time, and then again shortly before the agreed on drop off point.

I am so happy with the service and care you gave us. Thank you.
