I was happy to work with you all and you were very friendly. We had plenty of time (3 Weeks) initially to set up the pick up and opted for economy. Pick up Santa Cruz and drop off in Homestead. I was told we could pick the truck up in homestead on our way home. We were traveling and didn't have a fax, so we had to wait for the paper work to be sent. It never arrived so we went down to the local fed ex and had the required documents faxed to us and faxed back to you. We waited over a week and then I called concerned about the pick up date. We were told in order to have the truck picked up we needed to pay an additional amount and this did not guarantee a pick up before our departure. We then had no choice and opted to have an express pick up in Santa Cruz and drop off in Key West. I discovered at the last minute that none of these carries can hold a car in Homestead. I was lead to believe this was no problem.

The truck did arrive as scheduled and Wheels on Wheels were very nice. However we have a pretty big scratch on the back of the truck and our antenna was completely broken off.

In the future we will pay extra to have a more smooth transaction and a trucking company that has a nicer rig. Our truck is 10 years old. I would never consider shipping a new or very nice vehicle with this company.

We are always glad to hear that the customer is happy to work with our staff. We sincerely apologize for the seeming miscommunication. Some carriers can hold vehicles or drop them in a storage yard; however, not every carrier company can do that. The customer had placed the order at the Economy rate which is an estimated pick up window and not designed for those with time constraints. Due to the situation, our office recommended the customer upgrade to Priority to guarantee an immediate pickup. We are also sad to hear that there was damage to the vehicle. All carriers we use are fully insured and cover damage.
