We are glad to hear that the customer was satisfied with AmeriFreight; however, sad to hear that the carrier chosen by AmeriFreight was a disappointment. With the Economy rate, as used by this customer, is an estimated pickup window. The customer is on the carrier's schedule with the Economy rate. Should a customer need guaranteed pickup dates, we have Priority and Select rates available. Our shipping agents are available to discuss the shipping process and will do everything they can to accomodate your shipping needs.
