Tim called me straight away after I submitted a request and explained the whole process to me in a concise but helpful manner. The pickup and drop off happened exactly as expected and there were no hidden fees or complications. When you initially submit your quote, it’s not a price guarantee, so keep that in mind. For example, I was quoted $399, but the transportation company that accepted my request provided the service for $640. For me, it was worth it for the peace of mind that my car was in good hands throughout the process.
