As someone who approached the auto transport industry with a fair bit of skepticism, given the countless horror stories and negative reviews out there, I was pleasantly surprised by my experience with AmeriFreight. From the start, Jennifer Sylvester, the customer service representative, was incredibly helpful. She took the time to explain how most transport companies operate as brokers who scout for the best prices, giving me a transparent understanding of the process. Jennifer outlined exactly how AmeriFreight works and reassured me with her consistent follow-ups, always making herself available to address any questions or concerns. Once my order was placed, I was connected with the actual carrier, Cheetah Transport Corp. The dispatcher, Yamed, was exceptionally responsive, working closely with me to ensure the timely delivery of my car. I was particularly impressed that the same driver who picked up my car in South Florida was responsible for its safe delivery all the way to California.
