Jessica was very thorough in explaining how the process worked and answered all questions I had. She responded promptly to my calls and emails. I would just recommend that it is made very clear to customers that the pickup date is not an exact date. It might be that date, or any time up to 48 hours later. That was not apparent to me. I would also recommend that customers understand that the quote they might get from the website does not include the fixed fee.
