I chose AmeriFreight because of my interactions with Charity. Being my first time having a car transported, I appreciated the time she took to walk me through the process and answer my questions. She was also very responsive to my texts and phone calls, with clear and professional communication, throughout the entire process. The first offer didn't work out, but she was able to find a transfer on short notice. The transfer with the driver on both pick-up and drop-off went smoothly, with great responsiveness and communication, as well. I was very happy overall with my experience, and would definitely recommend AmeriFreight and use their services again!
