John helped us plan to ship over a month in advance and kept in contact to ensure they were still tracking our needs. As our date neared and we still weren’t picked up, John offered a few other cities we could ship from. We held off and the next day a driver made an offer for our vehicle and we were set. John has great customer service and is knowledgeable about the process.
