I have transported many vehicles in my life with a variety of different transport companies, and I will say that using Amerifreight was probably one of the smoothest experiences I have had. Everyone that I was in contact with there was very helpful, courteous and friendly. The individual who worked primarily on my order was Hannah, and she was always prompt and responsive to my calls and emails. Even if she was not around whenever I would call I was always put in touch with someone helpful and it made the process very reassuring. They were able to find a carrier very quickly and my vehicle was picked up on time and exactly when they said. Vehicle arrived to me in good condition and well taken care of. If there is just one small constructive criticism that I might have it's that their web tool is quite far off in its initial estimation of what transport might cost. The amount ending up being considerably more, which I can understand, but it does feel like the estimate tool is giving a very attractive price up front to get you to call, etc. I would adjust it to be more realistic and accurate in its pricing. But otherwise it was a very good experience using Amerifreight and I would absolutely reach out to them again.
