Mikala was our agent. She was able t onexplain the process and get me the dates I needed. We were able to communicate vía phone and email throughrout the process. They were more expensive but it was worth the few extra dollars for timeliness and peace of mind. No hidden cost or fees. We paid the agreed upon price.
