Michelle was very helpful from the moment I contacted AmeriFreight. She was very knowledgeable about the process and explained every detail of what would happen with my vehicle. She promptly responded to every question that I had. She followed up while I was waiting on a driver to respond. After a driver was selected she continued to check up on me until she was notified that the vehicle had been successfully delivered. I have never had a car transported and was very uncomfortable with the process. She made my experience easy and stress free. Her professionalism is commendable. AmeriFreight should consider themselves lucky to have an employee like Michelle.
