I bought a motorcycle on eBay and used AmeriFreight to arrange for a carrier to pick up the motorcycle from the Atlanta area and deliver it to Houston. At first I wasn't able to talk to the person who had given me a quote via emai, but she was out sick for a few days (maybe AF needs to be sure sick or vacationing reps are covered better?). However, I talked to another rep and he setup everything for me, called me after a few days when no carriers bid on my job. He upped the price, and soon after a carrier did take the job. It was overall a very good experience, but not quite "excellent". There should have been more coverage for the sick person, and there should have been more information available about how the process works on their website or in an email sent to prospective customers. I learned about how things work as things progressed, which isn't that bad, but I would have liked more information in advance. I would definitely recommend AF to others who are in need of this type of service.
