We are sorry to hear that the customer was unsatisfied with the service of AmeriFreight. The customer, as does every customer, has the option of shipping at 3 different rates. This customer chose to ship at the Economy rate; which in our terms states 1) that the pickup and delivery dates are only estimates and 2) that if a carrier is not secured within 5 business days AmeriFreight will add $50 of our money and the customer must be prepared to add money from their side as well. The additional money the customer adds does not come to AmeriFreight, but goes directly to the driver. You can visit our website to determine which rate would best suite your shipping needs.
